    Hi John,

I have bought a Canon EOS 550D with a EF 75-300 Lense and have just started learning photography. I would like to have some guidance. I will be greatful if you could help me.

    Regards,

    Nasser

Congrats Nasser on your camera, I have found for me the best way to learn photography is by putting the camera in M mode and learn by using, its the best way to learn (in my opinion).
Here are a few books (which may be available in the local library) that help explain equipment, photography and some techniques. 🙂

      The Camera by Ansel Adams
Guide to 35mm Photography by Kodak
More Joy of Photography by Kodak
      Using Creative Techiques by Kodak
      Photography by Tom Ang
The new manual of Photography by John Hedgecoe
Digital Photographer’s Handbook by Tom Ang
