Tracks On A Dark Night
I was waiting for The Canadian Pacific Railway
"Train of Lights" to pass us on its journey across
New York State. We caught this photo in the town
of Schenevus just off route 7. It was pitch black
dark and couldn't see my own hands, so I put on my
50mm f/1.4 lens, pumped up the ISO to 1600 and tried
to get a long exposure shot of the tracks. At the
very end of the exposure a car came down route 7
which added some light.
